…I was very eager to write this letter… I contacted you through the internet for certain properties that attracted us. Something about you gave me the urge to visit Texas, and view these properties you emailed us. Well, your communication with us over the internet is what really got us going. You were super on finding listing properties that met our family’s needs. There were nights that I was exhausted from viewing real estate over the internet, but Jenna, you weren’t tired. You were emailing us left and right, early mornings, afternoons and late night. Which lets me know that you are a Maker and a Shaker when it comes to business. Your energy was very motivating. (Once in Houston), our day was planned perfectly by you. You gave us a folder which contained all the listing properties we were to view, with important details on each house, and you Rocked and Rolled on showing these properties. What also impressed me was the information you knew about each property. As you explained the most important details of each property, you would answer any and all of our questions before we could even ask them. You definitely are very organized, even though we weren’t, you helped us stay on task and focused. You use time wisely. Your people skills show like a Star !
