I am writing you this letter in reference to the quality job one of your agents, Jenna D’Amico, performed during the listing of our home. From our very first meeting, my wife and me were thoroughly impressed with Jenna’s professional approach to selling our home. She was prepared with ample material to decide how best to price our home, however, she conducted a detailed tour of our home and suggested we list our home at a higher price based on certain features she discussed with us. It turns out she was right to list the house at a higher price, as the actual sell price was right at where we were going to start the listing, based on the statistical data for the area.
